Courtesy of UEFA Training Ground and The Welsh Football Trust, all Welsh coaches are entitled to one year of free access to TactX, UEFA’s online coaching communication tool.
TactX was created as part of UEFA’s commitment to improving Coach Education and Grassroots Football throughout Europe by helping coaches communicate with their players. TactX helps coaches overcome an array of communication barriers including age, attention, understanding or language, allowing players and coaches to quickly understand exactly what is expected of them. TactX is simple to use - you can create a large range of drills, set pieces, formations and game situations, by drawing your drill in 2D and have it instantly available to view in 3D animation.
TactX can be used at all levels of coaching and has been effectively used by The Football Association in England to demonstrate their core philosophy, known as “The Future Game”. By contrast, it is equally simple and affordable for grassroots coaches in schools and amateur clubs to use and this is crucial to the delivery of TactX throughout Europe that coaches at all levels in the game can access the tool and improve their communication skills. Former Liverpool Manager, Gerard Houllier, has described TactX as “The future of coaching” and is excited that it is available to coaches at all levels of the game.

Also, at McDonalds we understand that all clubs are different and need support in different ways. So here at McDonald’s we are providing flexible cash grants for those big ticket items such as pitch fees, coaching courses or even a new washing machine. The Premier League is the organising body of the Barclays Premier League with responsibility for the competition, its Rule Book and the centralised broadcast and other commercial rights.
However, we do not operate in isolation, instead we work proactively and constructively with our Member Clubs and the other football authorities to improve the quality of football both in England and across the world
The Barclays Premier League is all about the football; Watching the fantastic players and exciting matches creates the support that drives the broadcast and the commercial interest that ensures we can re-invest in the game, both domestically and globally.
In addition to seeing exciting football and brilliant players, supporters attending matches have benefitted from over £2bn investment in stadia and facilities since the formation of the Premier League, The vast majority of this investment has come directly from the Clubs themselves.
Full and noisy stadia are an important part of the spectacle offered by Premier League Clubs and vital to the enjoyment of all fans. It is important supporters are looked after properly. To ensure this the Premier League has worked with national tourism body VisitEngland to develop a new customer assessment scheme for football stadia.
The Quality Assured Stadium Scheme covers eight areas of the match day experience: pre-arrival, arrival, pre-match experience, match experience, catering, toilets, post-match and Club shop; The result can never be guaranteed but the Premier League has a commitment to providing fans with a high quality, memorable experience.
Supporter interests are protected by the requirement for each Club to meet the standards of their Supporters’ Charters. Supporter Liaison Officers at each club work closely with fans to improve the match day experience and the relationship between fan and club.
SSP was created by Premier League Academy coaches and cutting edge IT Developers. The end result is a highly advanced aesthetically clean platform in which coaches can create sessions using the world’s only 2D to 3D drag and drop session and match planner with 360o rotation functionality. Also, one of our primary aims is to solve the problem of coaches losing sessions that are scribbled down on bits of paper by creating a database of libraries with the ability to search for existing sessions and match content so data will never be lost.
We devised the system for all coaches; from grassroots to elite, with a software experience that enables them to create stunning sessions but save them into their own personal cloud-based database. The key element that separates SSP from any competitor is that the user has the ability to edit 3D sessions, save into their personal on-line library and then in the future search by session category or keyword to make the sessions easily retrievable. The user can build a session using the unique “Session Builder TM” using their library of existing drills and then drag each drill into a drop-zone and simply click create session. You can also do this when creating match documents using our ‘Match Day’ system and upload videos to both. It can take less than a minute to build a bespoke session. The user can tweet the session, post to facebook, e-mail a 3D link, save as a PDF or save into the cloud-based library of sessions/match documents.
We have created a sophisticated system so that coaches can very quickly evaluate their team after a session or match-this is only available to clubs. The data from this very quick evaluation system using sliders and click buttons is transferred to an instant reporting system. The system creates a comprehensive report on the player or squad producing comparative squad graphs, average scoring system on technical components, analysis of time spent on different training components and much more! Also the Technical Directors can view all training sessions and evaluations to gain an overview of the players and coaches.
