Course Overview

This residential course aims to educate candidates in the Technical, Tactical, Physical and Mental requirements of modern football, so that they may devise, organise, conduct and evaluate coaching sessions in advanced skills, tactics, strategies and systems of play. It will also give an understanding of how to apply modern methods for sports science and sports medicine.

Coaches will be expected to deliver practical sessions on course and pass a formal assessment. Coaches will also be required to complete Logbook tasks and session planners throughout the course.

Discounted rate: £3200.00


in order to obtain the discounted rate the candidate must meet one of the two below scenarios


Scenario 1 - coaches must be Coaching in Wales (Essential) as well as one of the below

Accessed and passed the below qualification
Represented and Capped for Wales at u16, 17, u19, u21, u23 or Senior Level

Scenario 2 – covers those coaches who benefit Wales but Coach / Play outside of Wales

Born in Wales
Represented & Capped for Wales at u16, u17, u19, u21, u23 or Senior Level

Pre-Requisites

Coaching CV detailing your Coaching and Playing Career to date.
Minimum of 12 Months at UEFA B Licence level or equivalent
Valid First Aid qualification (FAW or HSE Recognised)

Application Process

Places are limited to 24 candidates. Applications will be decided by an admissions panel and interview process.
